Prevent high pressure grease injury
19-Apr-2010
The Grease Pressure Release Gun is a hand-held safety device which is
used to detect the presence of residual pressure trapped behind the
grease nipples of lubrication systems in industrial machinery giving a
visual pressure reading then enabling this trapped pressure to be
released.
Developed to prevent high
pressure injection injuries such as the maintenance technician who
sustained severe injuries after a high pressure release of grease
pierced his hand and entered the blood stream, or the recent facial
grease spray by a mine employee.
