SAI Announces the Acquisition of Intermot

The Pecorari family, shareholders of SAI S.p.A. Hydraulic Motors, announced that they completed the acquistion of 100% of Intermot - the other Italian branch of radial piston motor manufacturer - from its existing shareholders.

It is planned to move to a new manufacturing facility in Italy, and also introduce major improvements to the basic Intermot design to increase the performance and efficiency of the motor.
